'David bailed me out on the Thursday before New Year by coming to my house after hours to unclog a first floor toilet that wasn't functional. My 97 year old mother-in-law cannot climb stairs and needs that toilet. He got it working and replaced it the next day. I had him back yesterday to replace another toiled. He is punctual, reasonably priced and neat.'

'I have used Micheal and Big Dawg s plumbing two different times. The first time was replacing a thermostat on my hot water heater. He responded to my request immediately and was punctual, efficient, and very reasonably priced. The second time he repaired a leak in an underground pipe coming from the Watermain in the street into my house. Again, he responded to my request immediately and was punctual showed up on time., Worked, and the price was amazing. 'If you need a knowledgable and affordable plumbing company in Durham NC or the triangle call Big Dawg's plumbing. We had an plumbing emergency - our upstairs line for our laundry room was leaking inside the wall and down to our kitchen ceiling. Michael was able to come quickly, assess the issue, present us with a reasonably priced solution, and fix it the same night. Yes, I said night he worked from 5-8 pm to get our plumbing emergency fixed. We were also provided with a clear invoice that included photos! Big Dawg's Plumbing knows there stuff and how to handle issues with older homes plumbing and the building codes they were built under. We plan on using them for future planned projects and will depend on them to help us in an urgent same day situation. I highly recommend them!'

'I am so glad to have found Big Dawg Plumbing. Michael did the plumbing on our bathroom renovation. He actually answered the phone when we called to schedule the job! Other local companies have calls go to voice-mail (and often don't return calls). The sink and toilet were installed in an amazingly short time. He even helped us get the additional cabinet in place to make sure that the vanity was aligned properly. If you need plumbing work done in the Henderson area I highly recommend Big Dawg. They are licensed and insured, I was impressed!'
